Hi Rod,

I have just done the exercise and the only answer given is the present tense - préférons, which is correct...

Thanks Cecile - i was mixed up.  I forgot that "Mes amis et mois" equates to "Nous", and I must also have mis-read the verb format.  Thanks for clearing things up for me.
