no Liasons for voudrais and veux?

Hi,I was wondering why there was no liason between voudrais + une, or veux+câlin?thanks in advance

Chris is absolutely correct! These two liaisons are optional. As a native speaker, I would definitely not use a liaison with "je veux un / une..." nor with "je voudrais un / une..." and I have very rarely heard other French speakers do it.

Je voudrais une...Je veux une...Personally, I don't use liaisons in those two cases. Particularly the second liaison sounds way off to my ears. I checked on Laura's site (https://www.lawlessfrench.com/pronunciation/optional-liaisons/) and found that, apparently, those two liaisons are deemed optional. Maybe one of the natives could chime in?
