nous a le plus marqués

I don't understand "nous a le plus marqués"  Maybe it should be "nous avons le plus marqués" ?

Hi Carl,

The full sentence is -

L'un des moments qui nous a le plus marqués = One of the moments which struck us the most

the 'nous' is an object pronoun. The subject is 'l'un des moments'.

Hope this helps!

Just beat me to it Cécile.

However, I hear the speaker incorrectly stating his wife as wanting to go to ' la côte EST' not 'la côte OUEST" in this sentence.

Having been there and driven the narrow roads through the marais last year, I know we were not on the East coast ! My wife has listened also, and hears 'est' not 'ouest' as well.

I don't think this is a connection issue.

PS: I have just seen that Bonnie has mentioned 'ouest' so maybe it is current connection, but still sounds very clearly 'est' - thanks for checking.

PPS: Bonnie’s message may have been too cryptic for me on first reading ! Pretty sure Bonnie heard ‘ la côte est ‘ also, hence the comment on strange happenings in marriages.

Hi Maarten,

I have flagged ‘côte est’, I have been there too and love this salt. I just prefer the author to change it.
