Why is quite not plural inthe follwing sentence?

On va regarder des films d'horreur et faire des quiz sur le thème d'Halloween.

‘ quiz ‘ is an anglicisme, and is invariable in French.

‘ Quizzes’, ‘ quizs’ or ‘ quizes ’ are presumably steps too far for French to adopt, being very ‘ foreign ‘, with no recognised way to pronounce them ! The invariable spelling also applies to words like ‘ nez’ and ‘ gaz ‘.
