Pour quoi on dit “Il faut que tu aies de la confiance“ et ne “Il faut que t’aies de la confiance.”
This relates to:Il faut que is always followed by Le Subjonctif Présent (subjunctive mood) -

If I have understood your query, it should be 'Il faut que tu aies de la confiance' but often in speech you will hear 'Il faut que t'aies de la confiance' but you would not see it in written form.
Hope this helps!
