pronounce recemment

To my ear, recemment sounds like rekemment rather than resemment. A hard c rather than a soft c. Does anybody else hear this?

I have listened to the passage and 'récemment' is pronounced correctly with a soft -c sound.

I think it might be the -r at the beginning, which is quite guttural that gives you that impression?
