Pronounciation of "J'arrive"
I was watching an episode of "fais pas ci, fais pas ça". One person kept telling another to hurry up so they could leave. She responds:
- J'arrive !
In a lesson here I just learnt why it's "arrive" rather than "arriverai", but what surprised me was that the final "e" of arrive was clearly pronounced, which I believe is not usually the case. Is there some rule for when to pronounce an "e" at the end of a word?

Bonjour Joakim !
I love that series ! And I can totally imagine Madame Lepic shouting "J'arriiiiveeeuhhh"! It is not an ordinary pronunciation, but rather one that emphasises annoyance and/or anger.
You could also hear it on words with no 'e' at the end, like "Quoi-euh !" (Whaaaat!) from an annoyed teenager for example ;)
Enjoy the show!
