I listened to it, and it's there. Remember, this is a C1-level exercise, so people talk at "normal" French talking speed. No gloves. ;)
Yes, it is there.
I thought the dictation had a bit of an abrupt commencement, and this initial phrase was a little more difficult to 'catch' than the rest of the dictation.
