I wrote puis-je vous aider and it was corrected to be est-ce que je peux vous aider.

I checked the exercise and the option you mentioned is included as a correct answer. What is shown in yellow is for what was submitted and different from Kwizbot's (but still correct) and what is shown in green is for Kwizbot's answer (highlighting the difference); and if applicable, other possible answers which includes other alternatives. There are no corrections per se.
I entered the exact same answer as you and everything was displayed correctly (as explained above). I clicked on "other possibilities" and "puis-je vous aider" was included there.

Bonjour Julia,On the face of it, the only reason (I imagine) why your proposal was not accepted is the nuance between "Can I help you?" --> " Est-ce que je peux vous aider?" and "May I help you?"  --> "Puis-je vous aider?" The lesson text "Can I help you?"Otherwise, perhaps a staff expert can clarify?Bonne journéeJim
