Is this the best way to say from English - 'what do you expect me to do?'

Hi David,

"Qu'attendez-vous de moi?  means literally "What do you expect of me" but in meaning is closer to "What do you need me to do/for" or even "What do you want from me" .

This will depends on the context and meaning will be clear with tone.
