I only have 2 quiz questions at the end of each lesson. Is this because I have not upgraded to paid version?

Bonjour BarbB,
It has nothing to do with having subscribed to a premium account. There tends to be only 2 test questions per lesson for any user. However, if you wish to keep working on a particular lesson, add it to a notebook to practise more.
