“tel que” structure agreement rule
More of an observation than a question (as I’ve investigated this a little myself now), but I felt that “ainsi que dans certains domaines d'activité, tels que l'administration ou la santé.“ is a great line to illustrate that the generic “tel que” structure agrees with “domaines (nm.pl)” and therefore is “tels que” in the exercise text. It is not “telles que” because it does not align with the examples that follow it (in this case, two feminine words, “administration/santé”).

Bonjour Brian,
In this case ( "tel que" -such as- used to compare something), "tel" will agree with the noun that it is comparing and placed ahead: "domaines".
Paul possède plusieurs antiquités telles que des lits à baldaquin = Paul owns a few antiques such as four-poster beds.
Sophie aime les textes littéraires tels que la poésie = Sophie likes literary texts such as poetry.
Take a look here: Accorder ou ne pas accorder « tel » : telle est la question !
I hope this is helpful.
Bonne journée !

You're absolutely correct.
...certains domains d'activité, tels que... -- certain areas of activity, such (areas) as ...
I wonder, though, if telles que wouldn't also be correct: ...such (activities) as...
The choice between tels and telles being a subtle difference of emphasis.
