Why does the agent shift to the future tense in the last few sentences of the exercise.?

Bonjour Raymond,

The travel agent uses Le Futur Simple because they are confident that the customer will definitely like the places they are describing if they were to choose Ivory Coast as their travel destination. Hence, Le Futur Simple.
