Thanks for writing. Démultiplier is in fact an odd choice of word here; the native speakers on our team all agree that it should be multiplier. In any case, you're right about the the translation - this is now fixed.

I agree Louise. In the Larousse dictionary the word “démultiplier”  means to augment the power of something, and other definitions I have found on Google back that up. This also makes sense in the context of this comprehension exercise (i.e. increasing the power by building more wings)
