Can we say: un radicalement nouveau style de vie ?

Because I remember that the adjective 'nouveau/nouvel/nouvelle' positions before the noun it qualifies.

You can say both, but the first version rolls off the tongue much more easily in my opinion.

That is probably why it was preferred.
