J'ai beaucoup aimé ce livre.
This is probably your best and most commonly used option. Remember: adverbs are most often placed right after the first conjugated verb. Sometimes also at the end or at the beginning of a sentence.

I think it has to be "j'ai beaucoup aimé ce livre".
Beaucoup is not one of the adverbs that can be placed at the beginning or end of a sentence.
