Sharon,
"Tu peux en prendre un autre " can be translated in English as " You can have/take another one ( of them ) ".
Attached the relevant lesson on use of the adverbial pronoun ' en ' to replace something previously mentioned/known in the context of quantity of something.
Note in French ' en ' is necessary - unlike ' of them ' in English, it is not optional.
