Hello,

I am confused about when to use the infinitive (aller) after the conjugated aller (vais,vas, va, etc) to express an action that will be taken in the future?

Bonjour Benjamin,

When the action you want to express is "to go", then you will use "aller" (reven if it feels strange to have aller twice):

Je vais aller au cinéma avec Marta = I am going to go to the cinema with Marta

Les enfants vont aller à l'école ce matin = The children are going to go to the school this morning

Mes parents vont aller à Paris cet été = My parents are going to go to paris this summer
