I lost marks more for the wrong word or phrase rather than the wrong grammer. Most of the grammar details for each section I had got right or nearly. I don't know if there is any way of helping us to know or guess the correct form of words.
It's all good practice though, so thanks.

Just practice and more practice ...
It takes a long time to build up a broad vocabulary but if you are getting the grammar (nearly) right, you are building the foundation of the language ....
Hi, I'm lucky enough to live in France, so get plenty of practice every day with friends, neighbours, shopkeepers etc... But the lessons on this site help a lot.
