Are you talking about placement of adverbs (as in the title of the question suggest) or adjectives (as the lesson talks about)?
Placement of adjective is governed by a few rules and lots of exceptions. THere are several lessons for this on kwiziq. Seeing that you're still at the beginning of your journey, I suggest you work your way through them as they come up. It'll be clearer then.
