The verb plaire takes the preposition à. Therefore the construction should read Ce restaurant nous plaît etc. where nous is an indirect object pronoun. Your construction is using "nous" as a stressed pronoun not an object (indirect) pronoun, which is incorrect.

No. You need to move the INDIRECT OBJECT pronoun NOUS to before the verb
