Bonjour Stephen,

- de 'Hanoucca = hebrew version (as pronounced in the recording)

- d'Hanoucca = as Maarten described - h aspiré / h muet

Both versions are correct. We made the choice of choosing Hebrew version.

Hanoucca - h aspiré, not h muet. Therefore no elision.
