I’m confused about why the possessive of “Ils” in this lesson is “se“ rather than “ses“?
Why not “ses” as the possessive?

Why not “ses” as the possessive?
This question relates to:French lesson "Conjugate reflexive verbs in the present tense in French (Le Présent)"
Asked 1 year ago
This lesson is about reflexive/pronominal verbs and ‘se’ is not a possessive pronoun (or adjective).
‘Ses’ is a possessive adjective, and can qualify a noun but not a verb. I see ‘ses’ used correctly in the lesson in one example ‘…. ses bonnes notes’.
