Why- Quel âge as-tu? Or Quel âge tu-as? And not Quel as-tu âge? How to decide??

Hi Shraddha,
Quel âge as-tu ?   is correct.
Quel âge tu-as ?   I do not think is correct because the word order should be as above.
I believe that one could say "Tu as quel âge ?" however, (by using a raised intonation at the end of the request.)
How to decide ?   Unfortunately by study, study, study.

Correct : quel âge as-tu ? - Tu as quel âge ? 
To supplement on " quel âge tu as ? " : it is a very colloquial way of speaking ; mostly heard when talking to someone.
