Why is this phrase conjugated with être instead of avoir? "Jusqu'à ce que nous soyons réouvert l'appétit" en place de "jusqu'à ce que nous ayons réouvert l'appétit."

It is because the verb 'se réouvrir l'appétit' is reflexive and takes être in the compound tenses.
Jusqu'à ce que nous nous soyons réouvert l'appétit
with the extra 'nous'.

It seems to me that Cécile hasn't really answered the question correctly. Of course être would be used with a reflexive verb, but the text has only one nous, so the verb doesn't appear to be used reflexively here. What am I missing?
