French Conjunction

Conjunctions are the connecting part of speech - they link words, phrases and clauses into more complex, related structures.
There are two types of conjunctions:
- Coordinating conjonctions (conjonctions de coordination) link two equal words or clauses.
- Subordinating conjonctions (conjonctions de subordination) link a dependent clause to a main clause: the two clauses are unequal.
