More context needed, SVPN'importe qui peut entrer chez toi ---> Anyone can come in your place I would have thought the translation to be «Anyone can enter your home.» With the translation provided, it says that «if I am unable to attend, anyone can attend in my place» like for a meeting, etc. Is this an idiomatic phrase, perhaps a UK translation? Merci en avance.

depuis suggests using the present but what about when the sentence describes a condition?La Dame en Noir hante (why not hantait?) cette maison depuis des siècles.

Article contractionsDoes de l'orages not contract even if orages is plural. So not "des orages" but "de l'orages." Although on second thoughts its probably "le orages" not "les orages."

When asking a question shouldn't we use (f.i.) "Aurez-vous ...?" instead of "Vous aurez ...?" ?
