Why is there a 'le' between 'tu' and veuilles in this sentence 'C'est comme ça, que tu le veuilles ou pas' instead of just que tu veuilles.

Si "to go ski" est "faire du ski", pourquoi "would go skiing" n'est pas "faisaient du ski"?

Why not on est resté

or nous sommes restés

« On » is singular, grammatically speaking, like the impersonal/formal « one » in English, but in the example it appears to be being treated as plural «  nous »

I would have thought On est restés was incorrect.

Sorry for this very small quibble - the above sentence from the microquiz isn’t idiomatic English and I can’t think when I would say it. Who is making "the noise", "that noise" or even "a noise" are possible.

Je vais aller à l'épicerie. - this was marked wrong because the answer should be without aller, but is it grammartically wrong or just not what the answer asking for?

I am not clear why recommandé has an "s" on the end.  As I understand it the "vous" refers to the lady salesperson or her shop (singular) and the nous, although plural, is an indirect object so the participle does not need to agree with that.
