I went with "Le Halloween".
In my research, I found reference to an answer to a question that "Noël and Pâques don't have an article in front of them but the Saints days do". Is Halloween like Christmas and Easter (no article), and does this apply to other non-Saint holidays?

hello, i am trying to understand this lesson but how the topic is represented is very confusing and tedious to me. is there a way to edit the lesson and put it in a table with a column of all the de.. a and du..au and their explanations. i am so discouraged :(
Est-ce que c'est necessaire pour repèter "dois" apres "dernière"? C'est une structure parallel in cui la premiere "fois" est assume. Comme en anglais:. It was the first time, but will probably be the last. Sans "fois" encore. Merci beaucoup.

I’ve lived in France a little while now and for « On the floor, the tiles are blue like the ocean » I automatically wrote « Au sol, le carrelage est bleu comme l’océan », which was accepted, but in final translation I see « Sur le sol, le carreaux sont bleus comme l’océan ». Is mine more a spoken translation ?
