what are the positions of adverbs in negative passe compose sentences 
for example the adverbs which are ending -ement 
je n'ai pas lentement mangé   or je n'ai pas mangé lentement?

Hi Ozan,
The following lesson explains where to place adverbs in compound tenses:

Position of French Adverbs - with compound tenses

So your sentence in the affirmative would be J'ai mangé lentement.

Then to create the negative sentence you need to place ne and pas around the auxiliary verb as explained in the following lesson:

Ne ... pas = Not - with compound tenses (French Negations)

So your sentence becomes Je n'ai pas mangé lentement.
