In the sentence "C'est la dernière fois que je t'amène avec moi !" Would "emmener" (= to take a person) be a better choice of verb?
Take a look at one of our partners' site here: amener, emmener, apporter, emporter
I hope this is helpful.
Bonne journée !
Amener and emmener have a subtle distinction in French which has to do with the place the speaker focuses on: amener focuses on the destination, whereas emmener focuses on the place of origin. Amener also often implies that one leaves the other person at the destination.
That said, in colloquial everyday French, these distinctions are often lost and amener is used for all cases.
