Best translation for " In the Caribbean"

Bonjour !

Prepositions are my downfall...

Is it better to say " Dans " or " Aux" as in Dans les Caraibes or Aux Antilles ? Or are both equally acceptable ?

Hi Jean,

Both are accepted but personnaly I prefer -

aux Caraïbes

aux Antilles

If you look at touristy websites in French you will find both.
