I was surprised to see your final translation “En été, je campe” which I would read as “In summer, I camp” - I feel a subtle difference in nuance here. Sorry if i’m coming over as a bit picky

Hi Anita,

The four options given for 'in summer, I go camping' are -

En été ...

je campe

je vais camper

Je fais du camping

je vais faire du camping

and they are all correct.

There's a slight nuance but I wouldn't fret it. Both are correct and you deserve to give yourself full credit for your answer.
