Can "se faire" mean to "imagine" then? As I can't find that translation anywhere? Understand the context is probably "I make to be"?

We need the full context to understand the expression -

... ne correspondait pas à l'image que Milo se faisait d'un docteur = ...didnt' correspond to the mental picture that Milo had of a doctor

se faire une image de quelqu'un = to create a mental picture of someone
