So do "Qu'est-ce que fais tu?", "Fais tu quoi?" and "Que fais tu?" all have the same meaning of 'What are you doing?'?

Hi Malek,
Just be careful with the word order in each sentence.
You only use the inversion with -
Que fais-tu?
Otherwise it is -
Tu fais quoi?
Qu'est-ce que tu fais?
Yes, they all mean the same thing.
