Bonjour Esha,

I think this is from the following lesson:

Aimer = to love, like something/someone in French

If you look at some of the questions and answers at the bottom of it, you will see that it has been asked multiple times.

When you use the verb 'aimer' with a man and a woman, it means 'to be in love with', so you have to use it very carefully indeed.

To indicate that it is just a 'liking', you have to add 'bien'.
