Do you pronounce s when tous is a pronoun but not a complement to the subject

If I say Je vous deteste tous-I hate all of you. Then, tous is a pronoun but not a complement to the subject. So do you pronounce the S?

Bonjour Adam,

If 'tous' is a pronoun (being a subject of a verb or a complement of an existing plural subject), then the -s is pronounced. If 'tous' is an adjective, then the -s is not pronounced.

See links to two previous answers on this topic:

TOO, silent S  -  'tous' pronounced as 'toos'

I hope this is helpful.

Bonne journée !
