At this link, https://progress.lawlessfrench.com/revision/glossary/verb-tense-mood/the-french-past-conditional-le-conditionnel-passe the two examples near the top of the page seem to be of the conditionnel présent instead of the conditionnel passé. Am I missing something?

No, you're not missing anything. These two sentences given below are actually in the conditional present.
Vous finiriez votre travail si vous n'étiez pas paresseux. You would finish your work if you weren't lazy.
Je danserais toute la nuit!I would dance all night!
They should actually be:
Vous auriez fini votre travail si vous n'aviez pas été paresseux. You would have finished your work if you hadn't been lazy.
J'aurais dansé toute la nuit ! I would have danced all night!
Merci beaucoup Janet !
Indeed, this mistake has now been fixed, thanks to you :)
And Bravo to Chris for adapting perfectly the above examples :)
Bonne journée !
