I thought the feminine of neuf was nouvelle, but it seems to be neuve. Can you explain please?

The feminine of 'neuf' is indeed 'neuve':

Mon vélo est neuf = My bike is brand new

Ma voiture est neuve = My car is brand new

Mon nouveau vélo est génial = My new bakie is great

Ma nouvelle voiture est géniale = My new car is great
