curious can the verb guarder be used instead of tenor?? for keep?????

Bonjour Sarah, 

Are you talking about a particular quiz question in that lesson?

This lesson is about the verbs 'tenir' ( to hold) and 'venir' ( to come) and their derivatives, so none of the examples would have the verb 'garder' ( to keep), which ends in ER and follows a different pattern of conjugaisons.
