How come the example "Ce sont bientôt les vacances !" use adverb before a noun?

I thought adverbs can only modify a verb, an adjective, or another adverb.How come the adverb 'bientôt' is placed before the nound 'les vacances"?

the placement of the adverb is directly after the verb. This is standard in French with simple verbs.

This word order also occurs in English in some situations.
