I chose the c-with-cedille for the beginning of the fourth sentence, but I wasn't able to figure out how to make it capitalized (thus I got it wrong because it wasn't capitalized). How can one do that ?

Hi Rachel,
I have the same problem.
I use the international keyboard mentioned in the following page on accents -
https://progress.lawlessfrench.com/blog/best-way-type-french-accents-windows-linux/
so to get around the problem, I just press CAPS LOCK on my real keyboard, do the cedilla as indicated in the virtual one, and have to remember to release CAPS LOCK to continue typing. That's the same for À ...
