Late to the party and novice too.. but I just gotta give my 2 cents worth.

In english, Rahim's statement "" in my last summer vacations i.........." could/should mean "the last vacation I took in the season of summer or will take in the season of summer". I put the future case to emphasize that if no further context is provided (and none is here) the translation has to be as I stated. The english phrases "last summer's vacation" / "my vacation last summer" mean on the other hand the vacation of last summer. Therefore without context and as written, shouldn't the translation be "pendant "mes dernières vacances d'ete". The translation marked as correct is probably the more obvious connotation for Rahim's original phrase. But maybe that's the point. In Rahim's machiavellian way he was throwing us an oddball. I offer the smile on his profile pic as further evidence.
