Il ne travaille pas le mercredi
This question relates to:French writing exercise "Making an appointment at the dentist's"

Bonjour Selina,
I think you are confusing the noun 'travail' which means 'work', with the verb 'travailler' which means 'to work' and is conjugated in the present tense as follows -
Je travaille
Tu travailles
Il/elle/on travaille
Nour travaillons
Vous travaillez
Ils/elles travaillent
Hope this hleps!

Bonjour Selina,
I hope I understand your query correctly.
The verb is travailler (to work), and the subject pronoun conjugation indicatif présent is Il travaille and elle travaille; there is no difference between male and female.
Bonne continuation
Jim
