I wrote "Puis nous irons chez nous vers 16 heures", is that really wrong. I see that "rentrerons" is better, but is it wrong what i wrote?

Bonjour Rapael,
What you wrote is not grammatically wrong. However, it does not match with the English sentence: https://www.wordreference.com/enfr/go%20home
Je rentrerai chez moi = I will go home -> to go home = rentrer chez (soi)
Je rentrerai à la maison = I will go home -> to go home = rentrer à la maison
I hope this is helpful.
Bonne journée !
Aller chez moi sounds, to French ears, like "to go to my place". It doesn't have the meaning of going home.
