Is it that pronom 'où' is followed by a noun or subject pronoun? As seen in above examples. Thanks a lot

You could say -
C'est la maison où Jeanne a habité dans les années soixante = That's the house where Jeanne lived in the sixties
C'est le jour où Bertrand a marqué un but= It's the day when Bertrand scored a goal
