Is there a second accepted spelling of acquérir

I double checked this on verbix.com and they show the following  
Présentj'aquéristuaquérisil;elle;onaquéritnousaquérissonsvousaquérissezils;ellesaquérissent

I can confirm that there is no verb as "aquérir" in the French dictionnary.

No other source I checked lists a word “aquérir’ sans ‘c’ - looks like a repeated typo/error on verbix.
