l'adjectif Incroyable devant le nom

Is it in a question from a kwiz? I could not see it in the lesson or in the questions from the kwiz.

‘Incroyable’, like most French adjectives, is placed after the noun it refers to.

 

However, it does happen that ‘incroyable’ (extraordinaire, passionnant, formidable, fantastique…) can be placed before the noun it refers to. In that case, they’ll emphasise the feeling / opinion without changing their meaning:
