Brian - it belongs, I am pretty sure. Julie (?)  speaks, noting that she loves her parents but doesn't always know how to show them; Sarah (?) gives her some ideas of how she shows her love for her parents - tell them, do things with and for them that they like etc; at the end, Julie responds that she will follow Sarah's advice - 'Je vais suivre tes conseils, merci'.
