1. can I say 'je les ai sentiées.'?2. and when and how can I know how and when to use 'Lui' 'leur' 'leurs' etc? Is there a lesson about how to use them and their meanings?

1. You can say -
Je les ai senties  ( if les refers to les fleurs) = I smelt them
2. lui and leur are indirect object pronouns and the following Kwiziq lesson should help you understand those -
